Parris Construction & Development, LLC (PC&D) and WE.Global, LLC (WE) invite the Baltimore, Maryland community to join WE.EmpowerFEST -- a virtual celebration of Southwest Baltimore (SOWEBO) on Saturday, November 14 from 1 to 5 pm.

The four-hour event will highlight a multitude of opportunities being generated by the revitalization of several Southwest Baltimore properties. Coming online through these developments will be new residences, commercial and retail spaces, and new jobs in 2021 and beyond.

WE.EmpowerFEST will be a sneak peak and a chance to discover the developments’ many opportunities for the Southwest Baltimore community.

Surrounding neighbors are invited to preview new, affordable-luxury living units; learn about business opportunities for new and seasoned entrepreneurs; and get advance knowledge of future employment needs being created by construction and revitalization in the major commercial zone along West Baltimore Street and nearby locations.

At WE.EmpowerFEST, learn how WE.Global plans to:

• Build partnerships in Southwest Baltimore, Maryland, with institutions, community organizations, businesses, and residents, City agencies and elected officials
• Offer two programs taking sign-ups immediately--homeownership and entrepreneurship
• Support businesses who are interested in training/locating in our developments.
• Explore future jobs in WE.Global managed properties
• Introduce real estate opportunities for developers and others seeking to invest in development without displacement
